Ultimately, a family is the most important enterprise of all, the most relevant team we could ever be a part of, with aspirations and dreams for each member and with a clear purpose to achieve.

The central idea of his book is about a family being deliberate, thoughtful and proactive about how to make the most of their time together and choosing to be present for each other in all stages of life.

About the Author:

Gustavo León is a philanthropist, advisor, conscious business coach and human resources leader with 33 yrs of international experience in Procter & Gamble. He has lived in four countries: Mexico, Brazil, Panama and the United States, and formed a wonderful family with his wife Marisela and their three kids Andrea, Fernando and Rodrigo.

Gustavo is passionate about community service, actively volunteering with various organizations. He currently serves as a board member of Cincinnati Compass. Gustavo and his wife Marisela are the Co-Founders of 524 EVER LLC dedicated to enable individuals to discover their purpose, to grow and flourish, to happily live with their families and to lead their companies consciously and with love.

Gustavo, along with his wife Marisela, split their time and presence between Cincinnati and Los Angeles, California where their grown kids live, and continue being intentional about their family life.
